Dave started at Microsoft in 1999 as a data analyst — back when most people hadn't heard the word "algorithm" outside a math class. He's spent 25 years since at the intersection of technology and business, building systems that ran millions of rows of data and millions of dollars in transactions. He co-founded TINYpulse, a venture-backed startup that reshaped employee engagement for the Boston Red Sox, Fidelity, and thousands more — later acquired by WebMD.

As an immigrant professional who built her career in the U.S., she brings resilience, empathy, and a deep respect for opportunity. Ivette helps business owners scale with full-time, compliant offshore teams that align with their culture and strengthen local operations. As host of DOXA's AI workshop, she brings an operator's lens to combining talent, process, and AI to build more scalable companies. Her work centers on helping leaders create stronger teams, smarter systems, and long-term opportunity.
