What Is AI in Action?

AI in Action is a private, invitation-only executive workshop tour for mid-market CEOs and senior business leaders. It is presented by DOXA Talent, a distributed workforce company operating a 1,000-person team across six countries.

You will not just hear about AI. You will bring a real business problem and work alongside AI engineers to map the workflow, identify the right use case, and start turning it into a practical solution during the session.

The workshop is six hours long, runs in a single day, and takes place exclusively in person. It visits five U.S. cities in July 2026. Each city is capped at 50 attendees. Attendance is reviewed before confirmation to maintain room quality and relevance. There is no cost to attend for selected participants.

The workshop is not a keynote, not a software demonstration, and not a prompt-engineering class. It is a working session: attendees bring one real business challenge and spend the afternoon pressure-testing it through an AI readiness framework, culminating in a mapped workflow, prototype direction, or build-ready brief.

The central thesis is that most companies are failing to generate ROI from AI not because AI does not work, but because the business was not designed for it. AI in Action teaches the human-in-the-loop operating model — clarifying where AI should act and where people should decide.

Dave Hajdu
